All returns must have a Return Authorization Number, you can get this by email: sales@majorelectronix.com Please make sure to include your order number, name, address, phone number & reason for return. We also ask that you mark this return authorization number on the outside of the package you send to us.
**Please note: Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee along with shipping charges.
All unused items must be in original packaging.
All items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from date of receiving the product.
